Detailed Journey :
Day 0: Board a train to Indore from Mumbai
Day 1 : Indore Arrival
Arrival at Indore Railway station in the morning by Train. You will be taken to your hotel, On arrival check-in to your hotel. Have some rest and go for a sightseeing tour of Indore.
Indore is the largest city of state which offers a variety of majestic palaces co-existing with commercial centers. It is also known for its mouth-watering culinary experience.
You will explore Rahwada Palace, Lal Bagh Palace, Central Museum and Patal Pani Waterfall. In the evening, go back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 2 : Indore – Ujjain – Indore
After breakfast you will go for sightseeing of Ujjain. It’s a 1.30 hours short journey.
Ujjain is located on the banks of the Shipra River. It is one of the Hinduism’s seven sacred cities. Kalidas described it as ‘The town fallen from Heaven to bring Heaven to Earth’
Ujjain is famous for its cultural heritage specially in the form of Temples.
You will witness here large number of Pilgrimage sites as Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, Shri Kaal Bhairav Temple, Shri Chintaman Ganesh Temple, Jnayer Mantar and Ram ghat. In evening back to Indor. Overnight stay in Indore.
Day 3 : Indore to Omkareshwar
After breakfast you will depart to Omkareshwar which will take 2.30 hours to reach Omkareshwar from Indor.
Omkareshwar is a sacred place of Hindu temples and home to the famous Jyotirlinga. It is known for its natural beauty, pilgrim centers and architectural wonder.
After check-in formalities you will visit Omkareshwar Temple, Siddhanath Temple, Zero Point, 24 Avatars group of Temples, Kajal Rani Cave and Gauri Siddhanath Temple. In evening back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 4 : Omkareshwar to Maheshwar Transfer
Today after breakfast, you will be heading to Maheshwar. After check-in formalities you will go for a full day excursion of Maheshwar.
Maheshwar is rich in its heritage and finest Handloom. You will visit Narmada Ghat, Maheshwar Fort, Ahilya Bai Fort and Palace, Maheshwar Museum, Shri Raj Rajeshwar Temple, Akhileshwar Temple and don’t forget to visit handloom weaving which produce a large number of Maheshwari sarees and fabric. In the evening, go back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel
Day 5 : Maheshwar to Mandu Transfer
After breakfast head towards Mandu which is only a 1 hour drive. On arrival check-in to your hotel. After some rest, you will visit local areas of Mandu. Mandu is standing floating over the twin lakes. It is famous for its long, rich and varied history. It is surrounded by baobab trees, native to Africa.
You will visit Hindola Mahal, Jahaz Mahal, Housing Shah’s Tomb, Roopmati Pavilion, Kakra Koh Waterfall and Nilkanth Palace.
In the evening, go back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel
Day 6 : Mandu – Indore – Mumbai
After breakfast you will depart to Indore. It’s a 2 hour short journey. Will board our train to Mumbai
Day 7 : Reached Mumbai with lots of memories
